Detailed Description

A reader for reaction data in the MDL RD-File [CTFILE] format.

RDFReactionReader supports the following control-parameters:

Chem.ControlParameter.MDL_TRIM_STRINGSTrueSpecifies whether to remove leading and trailing whitespace from string values
